OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We pack all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding holidays and weekends) and will provide you with a tracking number for your chosen service.
Please allow for delays in shipping over holiday periods and weekends.
For pre-orders: the shipment time frame will be noted on the item page. If you purchase a pre-order item with another item, it may be shipped on different days and incur separate charges.
Mon Reve Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to unsafe locations, locations other than specified on original order or for failed deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS STAGE UNLESS BY EMAIL REQUEST- PRE QUOTE
Please email us if you are an international customer and we can provide you with an order quote and invoice for postage. You may receive your order invoice through paypal to meet this transaction and will be notified accordingly.

Your order will be shipped pending order availability and volume where an item is not available you will be notified and refunded.
We ship via Australia Post Express International and all rates and charges are calculated at checkout.
You will be notified of your tracking number via Australia Post. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your delivery.

Where possible we use soft tissue paper to wrap your item
